Courtney Moran is a staff attorney with the National Immigrant Justice Center, where she represents clients in immigration proceedings before U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services and the Executive Office for Immigration Review. Prior to joining NIJC, Courtney spent two years clerking for the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and two years clerking for the Omaha Immigration Court. During law school, she served on the American University Law Review, competed with the Moot Court Honor Society, and was a student attorney in the International Human Rights Law Clinic.
