This panel discussion will cover two separate topics and will be moderated by Mary Murphy, VP of Strategy at Direct Connect Logistix.

• Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
  Effectively managing your supply chain requires a strong supplier relationship strategy.  What are some of the better practices that enable building resilient relationships that drive value to both you and your supplier?  We will examine various aspects of executing an SRM Strategy that can improve your supply chain through increased velocity and top and bottom line growth.  How do you implement a quality SRM program?  What do you include to measure its success?  How do you make it cross functional as “one voice”? Aligned to your top priorities?  What are some ways to manage both objective and subjective KPI's?  This breakout session will challenge you and your peers to bring your best ideas to the forefront to share with the group.
• How do you increase speed in your supply chain while meeting compliance, regulation, and governance needs?
  How can you maneuver the increasing compliance requirements that impact all stages of your supply chain without sacrificing speed and profitability?  What are some effective means of offsetting the increased cost of governance?  From responsible sourcing to executing your last mile, it can feel like a costly burden to ensure you are meeting regulation requirements throughout your supply chain.  Environmental footprint tracking, Food safety, DOT safety, ELD compliance, conflict minerals, The Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and FCPA, to name a few, can create a crossroads where efficiency and governance conflict.  In this session, you will put your heads together with peers to discuss creative ideas to address these regulations without losing momentum throughout your supply chain.
