Sarah heads the Global Ethics & Compliance function for CDW, a multi-national, Fortune 200 technology solutions provider to business, government, education and healthcare organization customers, with net annual sales of nearly $15 billion. She joined CDW in 2016 after eleven years in legal and compliance with Abbott Laboratories. Sarah’s legal career started in Asia, supporting businesses across the region. She lived in Japan for seven years, including four years in Tokyo doing legal work for M&A and other commercial transactions.  She has a law degree from Georgetown University, and a B.A. in International Relations from the College of William & Mary. Sarah lives in Evanston with her husband and four children.
