  • Klamesha P. Richards is a highly motivated educator & Associate Director with an innate ability to develop and transform programs to support students, faculty, and staff and foster belonging as well as to help faculty and staff see themselves as animators of the mission of Loyola.

    Klamesha Richards was raised on the Southside of Chicago. After earning her Bachelor's in Art Education from Northern Michigan University, Klamesha worked in education for 3 years before earning her Master's degree in Intercultural Studies from Wheaton College. After obtaining her Master’s, she worked in student development for over half a decade as a Resident Director, Assistant Director of Residence Life, and later an Assistant Director of Intercultural Life. She also served as the Area Director for a faith-based global youth organization on the Southside of Chicago for several years. Klamesha’s passions are all things Disney, Spiritual formation, and multicultural education, teaching, and making meaningful connections with people.
