Inner-Mission Employee Retreat

2018 The Inner-Mission Employee Retreat seeks to assist Loyola employees in exploring, discerning and affirming a sense of personal calling and its connection to the mission of Loyola University Chicago. The retreat challenges Loyolans to take time out to reflect on purpose and meaning.

The retreat has been well received. One Loyolan noted,

"It [the retreat] was more than I anticipated. I knew that the amenities and meals would be first class, but I didn't realize how much I would learn about myself, how much I have in common with other Loyolans... and also that I have much to reflect further."

Another stated,

"I did not know what to expect. Yet I am leaving with a better perspective of who I am and what LUC has to offer. I had an opportunity to see LUC in a different light and through other employees' eyes."

Next Loyola Employee Retreat date: January 4-5, 2018
