Exhibitors & Advertising
The Annual Convention of the Midwest Modern Language Association is the perfect opportunity to reach hundreds of professors and graduate students. The convention will schedule roughly 200 sessions that will examine British, American, German, French, Italian, and Hispanic literatures as well as women's studies and literary theory, cultural studies, film, and pop culture.
All exhibitors are guaranteed traffic because the MMLA hosts two receptions in the exhibit hall and provides complimentary coffee and tea in the exhibit area. Participation information is as follows:
Exhibitor Fees: waived for one 6' x 3' table
Deadline to reserve Exhibitor Tables: July 31 of each year
The MMLA does not distribute folders or bags and therefore does not accept insert advertisements.
Advertisements may be placed in the Convention Program. All ads must be submitted camera-ready. The rates and deadlines are as follows:

Resolution: 300 dpi or higher
File Format: Portable Document Format (PDF) with fonts embedded

Deadline for the convention program book: July 31 of each year
