Graduate Student Paper Prize
The MMLA Graduate Student Paper Prize contest is open to all graduate student members of the MMLA who will be presenting papers during our annual convention. Interested students must send their CV and a paper accepted to the upcoming convention (limit of 3,000 words, exclusive of the Works Cited page) to mmla@luc.edu with “Graduate Student Paper Prize” in the subject line of the submission email. Submissions will be reviewed by the MMLA Program Committee, and the winning paper will be announced during the keynote speech of the convention and published in The Journal of the Midwest Modern Language Association. The prize also comes with a cash award of $100, and a guest membership and registration for the following MMLA convention. Submissions are due by October 15th of each year.
