The RogersEdge business improvement district is a collaboration between Loyola, the Rogers Park Business Alliance, and the Edgewater Chamber of Commerce, working together to recruit, support, and sustain a high quality business district. Loyola leads the RogersEdge district through joint planning, marketing, networking, and special event activities. The RogersEdge Business District will form the basis for a Loyola District, encompassing community as well as business engagement.
The district initiates and evaluates market demographic surveys of students and residents, and publishes the RogersEdge Retail Guide 2018 (1000 copies) for owners and real estate brokers. RogersEdge also produces Ramblin’ Around (3000 copies) for first-year students and transfers, highlighting the restaurants and retail opportunities near the Lakeshore Campus.
