University International Travel Policy
Members of the Loyola community travel internationally under various arrangements including accompanying study abroad programs or recognized Loyola student organizations, initiatives organized by Loyola academic departments and administrative units, and travel in which an individual is representing Loyola or is engaged in research or teaching activity that is part of his or her employment at Loyola. The University has developed an International Travel Policy intended to clarify international travel expectations.
Note that the International Travel Policy does not cover
- travel outside of the U.S. for purposes of vacation, spring break or pleasure;
- Loyola employee travel for work outside their employment at Loyola; nor
- travel for outside consultancies or work engaged on behalf of other institutions or companies, unless such work is performed in conjunction with a Loyola grant.
