Why did you choose to come to Loyola?

I wanted to get out of my hometown but still be close enough to visit from time to time. Chicago is a very exciting city and I received a scholarship to Loyola so I figured that I should take advantage of this opportunity.

What have you enjoyed so far about living in the International House?

I enjoy being exposed to different cultures from around the world and hanging out with the international students. I also really enjoy going to all of the events that we have to celebrate all of the different cultures.

Where do you go in Chicago for fun?

I and few students from the I-House go to Flaco's Tacos every week. I also enjoy shopping at the Water Tower Place with Marisa and Sofia.

Have you traveled anywhere else in the US? Where was your favorite?

I have been to Detroit, Toledo Ohio, Little Rock Arkansas, Baltimore, and D.C. My Favorite place that I have visited would have to be D.C because I went for the Presidential Inauguration in 2012.

What will you miss most about the International House/Loyola/Chicago?

I will miss the all of the friends that I have made while living here, and the staff. I will most definitely miss living in the big city and riding the train everywhere.
