Why did you choose to come to Loyola?

Because I lived in and worked in Chicago. Chicago is my favorite city in the US. When I think of Chicago it’s like a European New York. I like the people, the food and the music. Its the windy city who Wouldn’t want to go here! There also was great marketing and advertising for the program

What have you enjoyed so far about living in the International House?

I’ve enjoyed the people. The intercultural communication. Learning about different cultures. For example I had never gotten to know anyone from Korea and getting to know someone from Korea.

Where do you go in Chicago for fun?

Did an architectural boat tour last night. It was extraordinary. The signature lounge was also incredible in the Hancock tower is a must do. Seeing the cubs was also incredible. And of course, Deep dish pizza.

Where else in the U.S. have you been?

Seattle and San Francisco are places that I have been and think are awesome. Seattle is especially awesome. I hope to get to New Orleans.

What are you looking forward to the most during your time at International House/Loyola/Chicago?

Hopefully that the time doesn’t end that quick. When things are great they tend to move quickly. I hope that I stay in touch with all the people that I have met so far.
