For LUC Employees
Are you traveling internationally for research or teaching activity that is part your employment at Loyola? If the answer is yes, please click through the below links for more information and instructions for LUC-related international travel.
For LUC Graduate Students
Are you traveling internationally for activity that is part of your graduate program or travel on which you are acting as a LUC representative? This includes, but isn't limited to, conducting research, attending a conference, and participating in a LUC Registered Student Organization or LUC Sponsored Student Organization activity. If the answer is yes, please click through the below links for more information and instructions for LUC-related international travel.
Note that the International Travel Policy doesn't cover
- travel outside of the U.S. for purposes of vacation or pleasure;
- Loyola employee travel for work outside their employment at Loyola; nor
- travel for outside consultancies or work engaged on behalf of other institutions or companies, unless such work is performed in conjunction with a Loyola grant.
