LLM in Business & Compliance law

The Master of Laws (LLM) in Business and Compliance Law program is for attorneys who want to develop or enhance a special expertise in transactional law and compliance topics. The LLM offers a comprehensive study of the law as it relates to compliance, business planning, corporate counseling, securities law, and transactional skills. Online LLM students may choose to concentrate their studies in compliance.

MJ in Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management

The Master of Jurisprudence (MJ) program is an online degree program designed for business professionals seeking expertise in compliance and business legal principles. The program focuses on practical skills needed to develop and maintain regulatory compliance program and is designed for professionals who seek a greater understanding of the law but do not plan to practice law.
