Faculty & Staff Profiles

Part-Time Assistant Professor, Healthcare Administration

I have been teaching in the Healthcare Administration program at Loyola University Chicago since the fall semester of 2014. My assigned classes are Healthcare in America and the Legal and Regulatory Environment of Healthcare. I believe my education and professional experience as a Registered Professional Nurse and Attorney at Law prepared me to teach students not only from a theoretical approach but also a practical approach for them to learn what they will face them as they enter an ever-changing healthcare world and hopefully to be successful. When not teaching I enjoy reading, gardening, bicycling, camping, and cooking. I also find much satisfaction in learning from students and seeing them grow. Finally, I have found these years at Loyola fulfilling, engaging, intellectually stimulating, joyful and collegial.
