Connor Mautner

Connor Mautner is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Political Science. Prior to Loyola, Mautner attended graduate school at Northwestern University where he earned a M.A. in Public Policy and Public Administration. Mautner came to Loyola with a professional background in the public sector having worked as a staffer with the U.S. Senate from 2015-2018 and the Chicago Refugee Coalition since 2018. His dissertation research focuses on the role of narratives/storytelling in the context of secessionist movements.
