Paul Olander awarded U.S. Institute of Peace Dissertation Fellowship
The United States Institute of Peace has named Loyola University Chicago Ph.D. candidate Paul Olander as one of 20 Peace Scholars for the 2020-21 academic year. The accompanying fellowship supports dissertation research on conflict management, peacebuilding and security studies. Paul is currently writing his dissertation on the role of private military and security corporations in civil wars.
