Brigette Petersen, MEd, LCPC

Brigette Petersen is a career advisor based at the CDC's Water Tower Campus. She primarily assists Loyola's School of Communication, School of Continuing and Professional Studies and Institute of Environmental Sustainability students and alumni with career development and professional preparation. Brigette also partners with staff, faculty and employers to enhance the career exploration experience for students. Prior to joining Loyola, she worked as a senior account manager in the public relations industry. Having worked in Manhattan, San Francisco, and Chicago for international firms, she has expansive business/communications knowledge and experience. Brigette holds an MEd in counseling psychology from Springfield College and a BA in psychology and sociology from the University of Notre Dame.
Brigette has completed the following Loyola University Chicago staff/faculty trainings: Safe Space (LGBTQI), I'm Here For You (Survivors of Dating Violence).
