Join Loyola in Launching Its Historic Capital Campaign - Students

September 22, 2008

Dear Loyola Students,

On Saturday night, we joined hundreds of alumni and friends to officially launch Partner: The Campaign for the Future of Loyola. This historic campaign will take Loyola University Chicago and the Loyola University Health System to new heights in learning, research, and healing.

This campaign is all about you. The funds we raise will enhance living and learning at Loyola, so that you have the very best educational experience. The campaign will fund scholarships to help you and your peers afford all that Loyola has to offer. It will endow professorships to attract the best teachers and scholars, and will support new facilities so that every student will have an ideal place to study, perform, learn, and call home.

Please join us in celebrating the campaign by stopping by the lobbies of Lewis Towers, 25 East Pearson, Centennial Forum Student Union, or the Simpson Living Learning Center on Monday, September 22, and Tuesday, September 23, from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m., for refreshments, information, and to pick up your "Partner" bracelet.

To quote St. Ignatius Loyola, "The good education in life will be beneficial to many others, with the fruit expanding more widely every day." Your education and that of those students who come after you are the reason behind Partner: The Campaign for the Future of Loyola.
