Alumni Reports

Our accomplished alumni are already making an impact in the field. Since its launch in 2011, PROLAW has trained 115 PROLAW graduates who are now working in more than 50 countries on rule of law reforms, achieving notable successes that promise to be multiplied in the coming decades. Examples include:

  • Advising on national stability, peace building, and rule of law reform processes in countries including Georgia, Indonesia, Liberia, Kenya, Kosovo, Sierra Leone, Turkey, Uganda and Ukraine;
  • Advising international organizations and international financial institutions, and governments on rule of law topics including anti-terrorism, human rights, and peace keeping;
  • Managing advocacy and public interest litigation in countries such as Mexico, Namibia, South Africa, and Zimbabwe; and
  • Conducting law reform research and advocacy for international and grassroots civil society organizations (see example here ).
