What attracted you to Quinlan’s Executive Education program?
“I was looking for two things: How could I add value to my current job and how could I grow my leadership skills. I started looking at MBA programs, but they didn’t work with my schedule. Then I found Loyola’s mini-MBA program, which turned out to be a perfect fit.”
What were some highlights of the course?
“The one-on-one coaching was excellent. I grew up in India, and the coaching helped me better understand the business culture here, how to communicate with others, and how to get the best out of my team. Also the marketing sessions give you a perspective on how companies look to make profits and how you can streamline things. It changed my attitude toward how I handle my day-to-day projects.”
What would you say to someone who is considering the program?
“It will give you a fresh perspective of where you stand in your organization and where you want to go. It will definitely help people who are looking to advance their career.”
Why Quinlan (in 10 words or less)?
“Very impressive and the staff was excellent.”
