New Alumni Opportunity

We invite Loyola alumni to this professional development course to acquire advanced knowledge of global human resources and employment relations from both the U.S. and Spanish/European perspective. The opportunity to study with Spanish students, as well as with current Loyola Chicago graduate students, will introduce you to a different employment culture, traditions, and human resource policies and practices from those that exist in the U.S.

Globalization of business is rapidly increasing driven by new technologies, search for cheaper or more qualified human resources, and expansion of markets world-wide. Global companies must compete for talent and then attempt to knit employees from disparate countries into an effectively functioning team. Human resource strategies, polices and programs are leading these efforts to create competitive global companies.
