Tayler Tillman

About

Tayler serves as the office manager for the Business Career Services team and supports the Career Development Center and Employer Relations team.

Tayler received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and her MBA from Saint Xavier University Chicago where she dedicated her time to ecology and microbiology research, student mentoring, student leadership, cheerleading, and the Black Student Union student organization. Before joining the Business Career Services team, she worked in human resources at Shirley Ryan Ability Lab, which is where she was on the board for Inclusion, Diversity, Equality, and Action (IDEA), which helped implement DEI initiatives and helped develop ways to boost employee morale and retain top talent.

She is currently a mentor for Chicago Scholars, a nonprofit organization that focuses on mentoring and leading academically ambitious, first-generation college students from underresourced communities in Chicago.
