Family Business Camp for Teens and Young Adults

About the Program

The Family Business Center is excited to announce our first ever Family Business Camp, taking place at Loyola's Water Tower Campus on July 19-20.  This two-day program is open to a total of 20 teens and young adults (ages 14-21) who are in high school or college. Participants will learn alongside other family business peers in a safe and confidential setting.  Sessions include an intro to family business along with a closer look at finance and social media best practices.  The program also includes a trip to visit a family business, an escape room activity and a group dinner for both parents and participants.

Camp Structure

The program is designed for teens and young adults (ages 14-21) in high school or college.  There is a maximum capacity of 20 participants for the entire program.  In order to maximize learning, some parts of the program will divide participants into groups based on age (high school and college); other parts of the program will keep the age groups combined.  Please note that this is not an overnight program; sessions and activities will take place during the day/evening.  Parents and participants will be responsible for arranging their own hotel accommodations if necessary.
