St. Joseph's Hall (formerly St. Joseph's Seminary) is located on the north campus on Loyola Ave just across the street from Mertz Hall, Loyola's largest first year residence Hall. This is Loyola's newest residence hall as of Fall 2019.  This building has double and (limited) triple rooms with suite style semi-private bathrooms.
