Chicago Reopening June 11

The city of Chicago will join the state of Illinois in reopening fully on Friday, June 11. Restaurants, bars, gyms, and other businesses will no longer have capacity restrictions. Masks will still be required in certain places and for unvaccinated people. For more information about the city's reopening plans, click here.

Loyola will continue to follow CDC and CDPH guidance for higher education for decisions regarding masks and other restrictions. This guidance allows for continued University restrictions as we verify “fully vaccinated” within our community. Information about Loyola's phased reopening plans can be found on the Return to Campus grid.
