Visiting Students
In order to receive academic, meal plan, or housing accommodations, visiting or non-degree seeking students must be registered with SAC. All requests for accommodations are determined on a case-by-case basis by a Disability Specialist. Students can register with SAC at any point during their academic career, but we strongly recommend that this process begin as early as possible as accommodations are not retroactive.
How to register as a visiting or non-degree seeking student:

2. Submit Documentation

Provide a copy of an accommodation letter from your home institution.

Alternatively, students can submit documentation that demonstrates a disability. Documentation guidelines can be found here

3. Meet with SAC Staff

This is a brief meeting in order to review Loyola policies and procedures regarding accommodations. SAC staff will contact you to set up an appointment once we have received all information from Steps 1 and 2.
