What qualifies as "Senior-Status" in order to participate in Senior Send-Off Events?

Senior-status is defined based on the academic calendar year of 2019 - 2020. This includes undergraduate students graduating in Fall 2019, Spring 2020, and Summer 2020.

Can I refund or transfer a ticket that I have already purchased?

No. All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-transferable.

Can I purchase tickets at the event?

No. Tickets will not be available for purchase at any Senior Send Off event. Tickets must be purchased ahead of time via the ticket sales webpage.

Are tickets only for Loyola students, or can I bring a friend?

Tickets are ONLY for Loyola seniors.  This is determined by the number of credit hours a student has at the time of Senior Send Off  We cross check your Student ID to be sure that only students who are seniors are getting tickets.  As such, you are unable to bring other friends. The exception is Senior Toast where friends and families can join you for this event - but they will not receive the commemorative glass.

I lost or forgot my ticket for a ticketed event. What should I do?

Tickets are required in person to attend all ticketed events. If you lose your ticket 24 hours in advance, please reach out to the SAGA office. If you forget to bring your ticket, you will not be permitted entry.

Tickets for an event I want are sold out, why aren’t there enough tickets for every senior?

Unfortunately, there are only so many tickets available for each event compared to the number of seniors.  It would be impossible to fit 2,000 students on a boat or to buy 2,000 tickets to a single Cubs game.  As such, the tickets are limited in quantity and are available on a first come, first serve basis.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

What is the dress code for the boat cruise?

The recommended dress code for the boat cruise is somewhere in the range of business casual to semi-formal.  It is a dressier occasion. For gentlemen, we recommend khakis or dress pants and a nice shirt (tie optional).  For ladies, we recommend a skirt, dress or nice pants with a nice top.  A helpful piece of advice will also be to dress for the weather since the boat is partially open air.

I have questions.  Who can I contact?

With questions, please email Senior Send-Off at seniorsendoff@luc.edu
