*Update* Proposal submissions have closed. The conference schedule will be released shortly.
Loyola University Chicago staff, faculty, administrators, and graduate students are invited to submit a proposal to present at the 3rd Annual Student Support Services Conference to be held on March 18, 2020 at the Lake Shore Campus. We welcome proposals that relate to this year's conference theme of faculty and staff collaboration.
Proposals must be submitted via the online form by January 31. All proposals will be reviewed by the conference committee. Proposals will be evaluated based on relevance to the conference theme, connection to work done at Loyola University Chicago, and appeal to conference attendees.
Presenters can choose from the following format options:
Educational Presentation: These will discuss current issues, research, practices, or initiatives happening in the Loyola University Chicago community. These sessions will be 50 minutes long.
Panel Discussion: These will involve individuals from different LUC roles and/or departments and are designed to explore and share various perspectives on the same topic. These sessions will be 50 minutes long.
Roundtable Discussion: These are the most informal of the formats. They involve a short presenter-led commentary or question, followed by a facilitated group discussion. This format aims to brainstorm new ideas and explore solutions to shared challenges. These sessions will be 50 minutes long.
We look forward to your proposal and to learning with you on March 18th!
