Social Work/Public Health MSW/MPH

The MSW/MPH dual degree program prepares you to work in a wide variety of settings, including schools, hospitals, behavioral and mental health agencies, nonprofit organizations, think tanks, and government agencies.

Providing a multidisciplinary education that covers client-centered and population-based health perspectives, our MSW/MPH dual degree program trains you to address the health and social needs of underserved and vulnerable populations. Through it, you will learn how to work with individuals, groups, communities, and organizations to improve public health and well-being.
Curriculum:
The MSW/Master of Public Health is a 75-credit dual degree program. It can be pursued full-time or part-time. The MPH courses will be completed entirely online. The MSW courses are offered weekdays in-person with daytime and evening options, with some courses offered online. If you hold a BSW, you will be eligible for an accelerated MSW.
The MSW program offers the Micro Practice specialization with a track in Advanced Clinical Practice. The MPH program offers a track in Public Health Policy and Management.
