Holiday Spirit Contest
University Staff Council is excited to sponsor the Holiday Spirit Contest as a part of the University Holiday Reception. This year, participants are invited to create a wreath, star, snowman or tree using recycled materials.
HOW TO REGISTER: Email Amber Miller at firstname.lastname@example.org confirming your team's participation. Teams can be departments, divisions or even groups of staff/faculty friends. The deadline to register is Wednesday, December 12.
ENTRY RULES: Participants must create a wreath, star, snowman or tree using recycled materials. Designs must be submitted by noon on Wednesday, December 19. Your team must provide the supplies and entry must be able to be displayed on a table -- get creative (but stay sustainable)!

JUDGING (2 WAYS TO WIN):
*Category 1: Reception attendees will vote by putting a dollar into the bucket of their favorite design. The bucket with the most money wins!
Category 2: The entry with the largest variety of recycled materials as judged by the Contest Committee.
*All voting dollars help benefit “LEEF,” the Loyola Employee Emergency Fund, which helps Loyola faculty and staff members who find themselves in emergency situations.
PRIZES: Besides bragging rights for the year...the two winning teams will receive a gift certificate toward an office pizza party!
