Holiday Spirit Contest

University Staff Council is excited to sponsor the Holiday Spirit Contest as a part of the University Holiday Reception. This year, participants are invited to create any holiday-related item using recycled materials.

HOW TO REGISTER: Email Lorelei Hacholski at lhachol@luc.edu confirming your team's participation. Teams can be departments, divisions or even groups of staff/faculty friends. The deadline to register is Wednesday, December 13.

ENTRY RULES: Participants must create and design a holiday-related item using recycled materials. Designs must be submitted by 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 20. Your team must provide the supplies and entry must be able to be displayed on a table -- get creative (but stay sustainable)!

*Category 1: Attendees will vote by donating cash or a LEEF payroll deduction slip into the bucket of their favorite design.  The bucket with the most money wins!

Category 2: The entry with the largest variety of recycled materials as judged by the Contest Committee.

*All voting dollars help benefit “LEEF,” the Loyola Employee Emergency Fund, which helps Loyola faculty and staff members who find themselves in emergency situations.

THE WINNING TEAMS: Besides bragging rights for the year...the two winning teams will receive a gift certificate toward an office pizza party!
