What is your favorite thing about working at Loyola?
I especially like the variety in my job and that every day is different. I like working with the students and being amazed by the great doctors and nurses Loyola is producing. I also love all the people that I work with. Working here is truly is a learning experience almost everyday.

What is your most memorable achievement as a Loyola employee?
Transitioning from the role of a standardized patient to the supervisor of the SPs and keeping their respect was a big accomplishment.

What does Loyola's mission mean to you?
Loyola's mission means going above and beyond on a daily basis to help other people and not always putting your needs first. There is just a feeling working at a place like this that can't be described—but you always know that there's a higher power involved.

What motivates you to succeed each and every day?
The fact that I really like my job helps, and my family and my co-workers and all of the grateful "learners" that we encounter on a daily basis.

Tell us how you show your Rambler pride.
Because I have a daughter who is a junior at Loyola, I feel somewhat connected to the campus. I visit her frequently, stay current about the happenings on campus, and try to wear my Loyola gear whenever possible.

Tell us something most people at Loyola would be surprised to know about you.
Even though my name is very Irish sounding and I was named after Maureen O'Hara, I am only about 25% Irish.
