What is your favorite thing about working at Loyola?
I love working at Loyola University Chicago because of the environment that surrounds us. This is broken into two parts. First, I have had the greatest pleasure in working with all of my co-workers. They are all great people, very helpful, and friendly. Second, being a recent college graduate, I still like to find connections with other students and enjoy hearing their thoughts about their experiences at Loyola.

What is your most memorable achievement as a Loyola employee?
Besides this award? There are multiple achievements that give me the same feeling, but I would have to say that every time I finish a call about someone’s internet not working or their computer has a virus, etc., I feel joyous seeing that the user is completely satisfied with what I just did for them.

What does Loyola's mission mean to you?
Our mission, in a sense, is to work to expand knowledge in the service of humanity through learning, justice, and faith. Through working in Information Technology, we play an integral role in providing services to help facilitate students’ ability to learn about the world they live in and further reinforce their abilities to succeed in life.

What motivates you to succeed each and every day?
Knowing that the services my team and I provide for the University is assisting our students to be able to learn in a productive way. Our students are the future of this world, and we all need to work together to have them make the most out of school.

Tell us how you show your Rambler pride.
I have attended a few men’s basketball and volleyball games, and I volunteered at Commencement this past year. I look forward to volunteering for other activities around campus. I would also have to say that working at Loyola is a wonderful place to work, and I would always recommend friends or family to apply to the University if seeking new employment.

Tell us something most people at Loyola would be surprised to know about you.
I used to be involved in gymnastics, swimming, and diving. Additionally, I am an Eagle Scout.
