What is your favorite thing about working at Loyola?
My favorite thing is how the mission is something that is lived out as opposed to just a nice quote to put on a wall or brochure. I appreciate that Jesuit education focuses on assisting its students, its employees, and the community to continue to become the best version of themselves. It’s more than checking off a box and saying it was done. Loyola encourages everyone to look beyond the actions, but to reflect on the reasons and results of those actions.

What is your most memorable achievement as a Loyola employee?
Working with the faculty and staff for the Bridge to Loyola program. It was amazing to see the dedication everyone had to make sure this program was a meaningful experience for the students involved.

What does Loyola's mission mean to you?
Loyola’s mission to me focuses on MAGIS. It about looking at the work I do and focusing on the depth and quality rather than the quantity.

What motivates you to succeed each and every day?
My kids. Being able to be a father they can be proud of, and a father that puts them first.

Tell us how you show your Rambler pride
My “I Love Jesuits” t-shirt.

Tell us something most people at Loyola would be surprised to know about you.
I practiced Jiu-Jitsu for about 6 years, and I have a fierce love for Karaoke.
