What is your favorite thing about working at Loyola?
My favorite thing about working at Loyola is the Loyola culture created by its skilled staff, compassionate management, and the vast diversity of students. The culture here consists of a welcoming and rewarding environment to work in and learn. The people working here contribute to this wonderful culture through their competency in their fields and the students through their diversity, refreshing perspectives, and intelligence. I believe that our culture is distinct from all other universities.

What is your most memorable achievement as a Loyola employee?
My biggest achievement for me is having earned the appreciation and respect of my fellow employees and management. I feel honored and proud of receiving this award in recognition of my work ethic.

What does Loyola's mission mean to you?
Loyola is distinct in most aspects as an educational institute, thus its mission statement is as well. My understanding of our mission statement is that we provide a diverse community and the prestigious academic environment for a higher purpose, which is to benefit essentially all people who we possibly can. The reason we say “humanity” and not just students is because we develop our students to go out as even better individuals compared to when they joined us. Through their knowledge and development provided by us, we hope their excellence will be a ripple effect and better all others they interact with, thus bettering humanity.

What motivates you to succeed each and every day?
My motivation comes from my desire to be successful. I want to continue to put forth my best effort, be recognized, and further develop in my career to become successful.

Tell us how you show your Rambler pride.
I show my Rambler pride through wearing our jacket and proudly telling my friends about the people I work with and the individuals here who I learn from every day.

Tell us something most people at Loyola would be surprised to know about you.
I believe most people would be surprised to know that I am not a vegetarian.
