What is your favorite thing about working at Loyola?
The feeling of community the university creates for students, faculty and staff. The positive energy and motivation of students, faculty and staff here permeates everything. I love being surrounded by that energy every day.

What is your most memorable achievement as a Loyola employee?
Besides working at Loyola for over 10 years, my recent promotion to a larger leadership position in my department is my most memorable achievement.  This has allowed me to create new programming and affect more change in a shorter period of time. I am grateful I was given this opportunity.

What does Loyola's mission mean to you?
It means a commitment to excellence, inclusivity and service in education that impacts and touches everyone connected and involved in the Loyola Community.

What motivates you to succeed each and every day?
One of my primary goals is to make sure social work students seek and secure academic internships that are required for their program. I work with over 300 students each year and whenever each student secures an internship, it feels like a huge win. I love helping students make progress and new professional connections while meeting their goals.

Tell us how you show your Rambler pride.
I greet students each day with warmth and a smile every day. I hope to show them I am happy to see them and that I am happy to be here to serve them and others.

Tell us something most people at Loyola would be surprised to know about you.
I traveled to Europe for the first time in 2017 to explore Italy on my Honeymoon and I am expecting my first baby this year in April 2019.
