What is your favorite thing about working at Loyola? Being able to connect with like-minded individuals within my team to help foster student success academically.

What is your most memorable achievement as a Loyola employee? Being able to onboard the entire Dean’s Office within the College of Arts & Sciences to telecommunicating due to the global pandemic. It empowers me to assist my team, especially during stressful moments within our lives.

What does Loyola's mission mean to you? Loyola’s mission to me means there is an opportunity to make each other’s lives more efficient in the work we do in serving our student body. The mission shows we are at the forefront of the ever-changing world; so we must be able to adapt to those changes to serve the needs of our students.

What motivates you to succeed each and every day? What makes me succeed each and every day are the lessons learned from my team, the students I serve, and myself. I take these pieces of information and tailor them to foster success not only for myself but for others around me.

Tell us how you show your Rambler pride: That 2018 Final Four run was my first year at the institution. I was pulling for this institution to go all the way and even got some Loyola apparel to show my support.

Tell us something most people at Loyola would be surprised to know about you: Most people may not know that I used to create interior designs layouts for The Sims when I was younger. I always wanted to envision my home like those of The Sims.
