What do you most enjoy about what you do?

Working with students and colleagues who care about learning and learning about the world is very exciting, important, and humbling. I like learning from others and helping students find their passions anywhere in the world.

Fondest memory of studying abroad?

Playing soccer with my host brothers in Cuautla, Mexico is a special memory for me because it created an out-of-the-ordinary connection, both through language and sport, that allowed us to get closer and really open up the opportunities to learn from one another.

#1 tip you give students who want to study abroad

Push yourself to do a program that is completely outside of your previous experiences; related to this, programs where you will speak a language that is not your native language will completely change the way you think about the country and the people you meet!
