LUC Student Wins $15,000 Scholarship to Study in Ireland!

Loyola University Chicago rising junior Paulette Matuk is the recipient of this year's Go Overseas 2016 Ireland scholarship for undergraduate students. Paulette, a Psychology major and Studio Art and Social Work minor, was awarded $15,000 by Go Overseas for a semester of study abroad in Cork, Ireland with USAC. You can read her winning essay here. Every year, Education Ireland and Go Overseas award this scholarship to one undergraduate student and one graduate student. You can find out more about the scholarship and application process on there website. There are many scholarships offered by Loyola University Chicago, as well as organizations similar to Go Overseas. We encourage all students to check out the many opportunities available to them through the Study Abroad Office and Fellowship Office.
