Course Description
Students will study leadership theory, concepts and the practical application of leadership at all levels. Students will analyze historical approaches to leadership and focus on influential contemporary leadership perspectives such as servant leadership, situational leadership, transformational leadership, and principle-centered leadership. Outcome: Students will complete a leadership development plan and apply leadership theories to workplace situations through reflection, real-life examples, and case studies.Students must be enrolled in the School of Continuing and Professional Studies.
Synchronous Class Meeting: Instruction will be delivered online synchronously following the days/times indicated on the schedule.
