Course Description
This course covers school law and policy formation designed for candidates seeking to become building leaders in schools. Outcomes: Candidates will acquire the knowledge, skills and dispositions necessary to understand school law and ethical decision making with particular attention given to building safety, current legal "hot topics," understanding the governance of the local school board, and working with the various communities associated with a school.Prerequisite/s
