Course Description
An introductory survey of selected teachings, institutions, and practices of the great religious traditions of South Asia and East Asia placed in historical context. Students will be able to demonstrate understanding of the central texts, beliefs, ethical understandings, and practices of at least three Asian religions.This class satisfies the Engaged Learning requirement in the Undergraduate Research category.
