Dennis Donelon

Dennis has over 35+ years of experience within the Food & Beverage industry, and was most recently the Sr. Director, Customer Supply Chain Integration for PepsiCo NAN.  In this position, Dennis sat on both the Sales & Supply Chain Leadership Teams for PepsiCo’s North America Nutrition business units, providing strategic and tactical direction for the Customer Supply Chain Integration teams.

PepsiCo’s Gatorade, Tropicana, Naked, Kevita and Quaker brands are managed through a warehouse delivered process, and through this focus his teams were engaged in daily Order Management processes, initiating customer specific Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and Collaborative Planning Forecasting Replenishment (CPFR) strategies, leading Customer collaboration and productivity initiatives, and management of all Customer Shipping Policies and practices.  The scope of his former team’s focus and engagement across the entire value chain resulted in their developing data visualization strategies for all reporting and process flows across the NAN Supply Chain. This resulted in the creation of the NAN Visual Analytics Center of Excellence, whose team members develop Tableau dashboards and other data visualizations.

Dennis joined PepsiCo in 1983, starting as a Retail Sales Representative for The Quaker Oats Company.  He has held many different positions within the company, gaining critical experiences across multiple functions, regions and business units. Some past roles include Retail Sales Representative, Account Manager, Zone Sales Planning Manager, District Manager, National Customer Marketing Manager, Regional Strategic Business Manager, Regional Customer Development Manager, and finally his former position as Sr. Director of Customer Supply Chain.

He is a past Chairman of the GMA & TPA Supply Chain Committees, as well as a former board member of the Supply and Value Chain Center for the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago.

Dennis holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace University.  He has a history of volunteering and giving back to his community through participation on several boards and committees:
