We also work closely with Arrupe College, Loyola’s two-year college, that provides a bridge to bachelor’s degrees and meaningful employment for students who are underrepresented in higher education. Through the Arrupe College Apprenticeship Program, employers partner with Arrupe to gain access to a pool of motivated and talented students as well as demonstrate their commitment to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce.
