About

Beth Peterson has 20 years of experience teaching science at the high school level, teaching at Highland Park High School for the last 16 years.  She teaches Biology Honors, AP Biology, Environmental Science and AP Environmental Science. Peterson grew up in Wisconsin and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a Zoology emphasis at the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. She is the head girls’ volleyball coach at Highland Park High School as well as an assistant girls’ lacrosse coach.
