Enikö Rácz was born and raised in Hungary. She graduated from the Budapest Corvinus University of Economic Sciences majoring in International Business and Statistics. She moved to the U.S. shortly after graduation. She started her career as a Center Manager at Kaplan Test Prep and was later promoted to the Midwest Region Operations Director at the regional headquarters in Chicago, IL. In 2007, Rácz earned her MBA in Accounting and Finance at Loyola University Chicago. While completing her graduate degree she worked at CMC Consultants as a Controller. Post-graduation, she was hired as a Business Manager at Loyola University Chicago.

Rácz started her career at Loyola University Chicago overseeing business operations for Campus Transportation, the Loyola Preschool, and Campus Reservations. She took her position at IES in early 2013 when the Institute was established. She oversees the financial operations of IES, managing funds for university operations, grants, and gift accounts. She also coordinates the internal and external internship programs and acts as a liaison between IES and external organizations, developing and providing internship programs to IES students.
