A scholarship is a form of gift assistance that does not need to be repaid. Loyola awards need-based and merit scholarships on a competitive basis.  The following academic scholarship opportunities are available through Institute of Environmental Sustainability:

Rachel Carson Scholarship
The Rachel Carson Scholarship provides the opportunity for incoming students to learn about nature by studying in nature through summer coursework at Loyola’s Retreat and Ecology Campus (LUREC).

IES LUREC Scholarship IES offers multiple scholarships for IES majors to take classes during Loyola's summer session at Loyola’s Retreat and Ecology Campus (LUREC) in May and/or August.
