Our panel sessions held on Friday, March 20, 2015 delved deeply into three areas of consideration:

  • Climate Justice: What normative framework should guide our debates on policymaking? Panelists included: William French from Loyola University Chicago, Lisa Sideris of University of Indiana and Mary Evelyn Tucker of Yale University.
  • Climate Action and Policy: What actions could result in significant policy and economic change? Panelists included: State Representative Robyn Gabel, Kathleen Smythe of Xavier University and Dan DiLeo of the Catholic Climate Covenant.
  • Human Motivations For and Against Climate Action: What influences human beings to act with regards to climate action? Panelists included: Susan Clayton from the College of Wooster and Elke U Weber from Columbia University.
