Loyola Station Phase I

On February 21, 2007, Alderman O'Connor hosted a community meeting to review a proposal for the first phase of development at Loyola Station. The new development will sit on the site formerly occupied by the Fine Arts Annex and the Arthur parking lot at 6500 North Sheridan Road. 75 neighbors attended the meeting and discussed the development plans, including traffic flow and the importance of attracting high quality retail. The community was generally impressed by the reputation of McCaffery Interests and their proposed project.
