The STEM Center is a partnership between the Center for Science and Math Education and the Tutoring Center. Our goal is to foster student engagement and learning while also working towards greater retention and persistence within the STEM fields.
Faculty and TA office hours, the Tutoring Center's STEM Supplemental Instruction (SI) sessions, student organization tutoring sessions, such as Math and Physics Club, and informal group study sessions take place within the STEM Center.
Faculty and TAs are welcome to use the STEM Center at any time and do not need to reserve space. Students are welcome to attend SI or tutoring sessions (see www.luc.edu/tutoring for session times) or informally study with friends.
